Introduction At SPHYNX Tattoo Supply, we pride ourselves on a relationship-driven approach. We understand that tattoo artists need reliable access to their supplies without delays.

Personalized Local Delivery Service

We offer an exclusive delivery service for studios located in our immediate region.

Territory: Joliette and surrounding areas.
Expansion: We are currently expanding our delivery routes toward the Quebec City region.
Schedule: Local deliveries are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours. Once your order is placed, we will contact you to coordinate a delivery window that suits your studio’s schedule.
Fees: Delivery is free for orders over 250$. A small flat fee of 15$ applies to smaller orders.

Carrier Shipping (Canada-wide)

For clients outside our local delivery zones, we offer real-time shipping rates via Canada Post and UPS.

Shipping Options:
- Standard (Tracked / Suivi): 2–5 business days.
- Express (Tracked / Suivi): 1–2 business days.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse in Saint-Ambroise-de-Kildare.
Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

Restrictions

Territory: We currently ship within Canada only.
Anesthetic Products: All numbing products are shipped in strict compliance with Health Canada safety standards.
