By purchasing from SPHYNX Tattoo Supply, you represent and warrant that you are a professional tattoo artist or a registered studio owner. These products are not intended for home use or "scratchers." We reserve the right to refuse a sale if professional status cannot be verified.

Limitation of Liability

  • Proper Use: The artist is solely responsible for the use of the products sold. SPHYNX Tattoo Supply is not liable for allergic reactions, infections, or poor tattooing results.

  • Anesthetics: It is the artist’s responsibility to ensure that the use of numbing creams is compliant with local health regulations and that client consent is obtained.

  • Product Availability: We strive to keep our inventory updated, but we are not liable for manufacturer backorders or delays from global suppliers.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
