Directions for Use:

  2. Apply liberally and evenly, paying close attention to tattooed areas.

  3. For optimal efficacy, apply 15 minutes prior to sun exposure and reapply as needed to ensure protection—after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying or at least every 2 hours.

    • Numbing creams and topical anesthetics.

    • Liquids (Green Soap, Stencil Stuff, etc.).

    • "A Pound of Flesh" practice skins once removed from original wrapping.

    Eligible Returns 

    • Only unopened, unused, and factory-sealed equipment (e.g., power supplies, machines) may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

    • A 15% restocking fee may apply.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    Damaged or Defective Goods

    • If you receive a defective product, you must notify us at sphynxdistribution@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect and the packaging. We will prioritize a replacement via our personalized delivery service.

    • Expansion: We are currently expanding our delivery routes toward the Quebec City region.

    • Schedule: Local deliveries are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours. Once your order is placed, we will contact you to coordinate a delivery window that suits your studio’s schedule.

    • Fees: Delivery is free for orders over 250$. A small flat fee of 15$ applies to smaller orders.
