Introduction At SPHYNX Tattoo Supply, we pride ourselves on a relationship-driven approach. We understand that tattoo artists need reliable access to their supplies without delays.

Personalized Local Delivery Service

Territory: We offer exclusive, personalized delivery for studios located in Joliette and surrounding areas.

• Expansion: We are currently expanding our delivery routes toward the Quebec City region.

• Schedule: Local deliveries are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours. Once your order is placed, we will contact you to coordinate a delivery window that suits your studio’s schedule.

• Fees: Delivery is free for orders over 250$. A small flat fee of 15$ applies to smaller orders.

• For clients outside our local delivery zones, we ship via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx.

• Tracking numbers are provided as soon as the order leaves our warehouse.

• Anesthetic products (numbing creams) are shipped in compliance with Health Canada safety standards.

Hygiene and Safety Warning Due to the medical and sterile nature of tattoo supplies, strict hygiene protocols apply. Most of our products are tools for use on the human body; therefore, we cannot accept returns on items that could be contaminated.

Final Sale Items

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Inks (all brands: World Famous, Dynamic, etc.).

• Needles and Cartridges (Kwadron, Cheyenne, etc.).

• Numbing creams and topical anesthetics.

• Liquids (Green Soap, Stencil Stuff, etc.).

• "A Pound of Flesh" practice skins once removed from original wrapping.

Eligible Returns 

• Only unopened, unused, and factory-sealed equipment (e.g., power supplies, machines) may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

• A 15% restocking fee may apply.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Goods

• If you receive a defective product, you must notify us at sphynxdistribution@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect and the packaging. We will prioritize a replacement via our personalized delivery service.
