Tattoo ink is a sensitive product that can be damaged by freezing temperatures. During the winter months (November to March), the following policies apply:

• Climate-Controlled Storage: All inks are stored in a temperature-regulated environment and are inspected before dispatch to ensure no prior exposure to extreme cold.​

• Professional Thermal Packaging: Every order containing liquids is shipped using specialized insulation. We proactively include 72-hour heat packs (UniHeat) based on real-time weather forecasts along the shipping route.

• Strategic Shipping Schedule: To prevent packages from sitting in unheated sorting facilities over weekends, orders containing liquids are dispatched Monday through Wednesday only.​

• Recipient Responsibility: Inks must not be left outdoors. Customers are responsible for retrieving the package on the first delivery attempt. SPHYNX Tattoo Supply cannot be held liable for damage caused by prolonged exposure to cold after delivery.
